Principal Officer, Strategic Workforce Planning

Responsibility at Principal level for workforce planning policy and developing a health and social care workforce planning strategy and planning projection model which will define health service workforce planning needs across the health sector into the future including working in collaboration with the education sector, regulators, and professional bodies to improve the availability of health professionals and reform their training to support integrated care across the entire health service.
