Responsibility as Head of the Digital Transformation Unit. The unit has led the development of the department’s first digital strategy: Digital Strategy 2030 – Sustainable Communities and Delivery of Homes.

The key functions of the unit include implementation of key actions of the strategy and the delivery of department websites and customer-centric solutions whilst maximising the use of government digital building blocks.

The unit contributes to the digital transformation agenda of the wider public and civil service through ongoing partnership and collaboration with partners and agencies.
