Diarmuid O'Leary

Responsibility for the Housing Coordination and EU Unit which supports the implementation of Delivering Homes Building Communities 2025-203, including the work of the associated interdepartmental Working Groups and Senior Officials Group for Housing, and managing the Department’s allocation under the Delivering Homes Building Communities Implementation Fund.

The Unit leads the Department’s engagement with the EU on the European Affordable Housing Plan and housing aspects of the Irish EU Presidency. The Unit also supports and coordinates speeches, briefing and parliamentary processes on cross-cutting housing issues.
