Circular LG 18/2014 - Guidelines on the Preparation of Monthly Management Reports
These Guidelines issued to local authorities in 2014 are designed to assist local authorities in the preparation of the management report by local authority chief executives. The report must to be furnished to elected members to assist them in the discharge of their governance responsibilities and to oversee the executive in the delivery of the policies that the elected members have decided on, and also to have oversight of the Chief Executive’s discharge of his or her executive functions.
