Circular PL 12/2015 Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 582 of 2015) - Exempted development provisions

These Regulations insert 4 new classes of exempted development into Class 14 of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Principal Regulations regarding change of use; with particular regard for uses for the provision of accommodation and orientation centres for refugees and asylum seekers.
