St. Anne’s Church, Shandon, Cork City	Cork City Council	Works will restore this renowned four-faced clock tower, in what is a landmark on the Cork city skyline, to make the structure safe and repair its mechanism.	€250,000.00
Alms Houses, Glanmire, Cork City	Augusta Construction Limited	Repairs to roof, windows and rainwater goods of these Gothic style houses to facilitate their reuse as residential homes.	€150,000.00
St. Laurence Cheshire Home, Lotamore, Co. Cork	Cheshire Ireland	Repairs to rainwater goods, windows and render. Works will facilitate the use of this building as part of the wider accommodation complex operated by Enable Ireland.	€114,400.00
Kinsale Museum, Kinsale, Co. Cork	Cork County Council	Repairs to internal plaster, external ironmongery, masonry walls and drainage for this former Courthouse building which is prominent within the town centre.	€72,403.74
Sirius Arts Centre, The Old Yacht Club, Westbourne Place, Cobh, Co. Cork	Board of Sirius Arts Centre	Repairs to roofs including part of main pavilion roof, annex flat roofs, East wing roof, rainwater goods repair, and other detail items to be reinstated. Works will facilitate the use of previously inaccessible parts of this arts centre as a new community hub.	€130,000.00

Christchurch Cathedral, Christchurch Place, Dublin 8	Board of Christ Church Cathedral	Repointing and conservation of stonework & conservation of ironwork and stained glass to the south clerestory of the nave of this important cathedral.	€159,000.00
Glandore House, Glandore Park, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin	The Links Creche Southside Ltd.	Repairs to roof, windows and rainwater goods. A former nursing home, works will help facilitate its development as a childcare facility for the local community.	€130,000.00
Lehaunstown Park House, Laughanstown, Dublin 18	Windyridge Lehaunstown House Ltd	Repairs to masonry, render and rainwater goods. Works will facilitate reuse of this property as a farm shop and garden centre.	€130,000.00
St. Columba’s Church, Swords, Co. Dublin	The Select Vestry of St. Columba’s Church – Parish of Swords, Clonmethan and Kilsallaghan	Part of phased conservation works to this early nineteenth-century church within a medieval complex, including repairs to windows and lime mortar pointing.	€66,020.00
Former Railway Station, Oughterard, Co. Galway	Owenriff Investments Ltd.	Repairs to roof, windows and rainwater goods of this nineteenth century former railway station.	€130,000.00
Donaghmore Workhouse, Dunacleggan, Donaghmore, Co. Laois	Laois County Council	Repairs to roof, chimney and rainwater goods to prevent water ingress and damage to the infirmary block of this visitor attraction.	€200,000.00
Carlingford Library, Newry Street, Carlingford, Co. Louth	Louth County Council	Repairs to seven arched steel windows to bring part of this local authority library back into use by the public.	€42,500.00
St. Patrick’s Church, Newport, Co. Mayo	St Jarlath’s Diocesan Trust	Restoration and repair to the sandstone masonry facade of the main bell tower at this prominent church.	€130,000.00
St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan Town	RC Dioceses and Parishes of Clogher, St Macartan’s Diocesan Trust	Continuation of the ambitious programme of conservation work at this cathedral, including stone conservation work to the spire, pinnacles, tower and south transept.	€200,000.00
Hill Street House, Magherabane, Cloghan, Co. Offaly	Anthony Garahy	Repairs to roof, rainwater goods and lime render of this example of domestic early nineteenth-century urban architecture, which still features original roof timbers and thatch under its 1970s roof covering.	€85,887.75
St. Finian’s School, Peamount Hospital, Peamount Road, Newcastle, Co. Dublin	Peamount Healthcare CLG	Repairs to roof and structural timber of disused timber building which formed part of a tuberculosis sanatorium. Works will facilitate plans to function as a training and community centre.	€130,000.00
Railway Footbridge, Moate, Co. Westmeath	Westmeath County Council	Restoration of this currently inaccessible cast iron footbridge, including conservation of decorative ironworks and installation of new deck to reinstate public access.	€125,510.63
