The Government is committed to funding the homes Ireland needs — social, affordable, and private. To make this happen, the largest housing budget in the history of the State has been secured for 2026.
This includes over €9 billion in capital funding, coming from:
- The Exchequer (Government funds)
- The Land Development Agency (LDA)
- The Housing Finance Agency (HFA)
This investment will help deliver thousands of new homes and the infrastructure needed to support them.
