Key capital investment for housing and infrastructure secured including, €28.2 billion exchequer funding for housing, €12.2 billion for water and wastewater services, €3.5 billion for ESB Networks and Eirgrid, and €24.3 billion for the transport sector, to enable the delivery of 300,000 new homes and for large scale projects over the period to 2030.
