Ministerial Letter to Local Authorities - Updated Apartment Guidelines to give effect to restrictions on Co-living Development

Hard copies of the Design Standards for New Apartments - Guidelines for Planning Authorities (Dec 2020), and associated environmental documents (AA/SEA), are available for public inspection at the offices of the Department of Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Custom House, Dublin 1 during normal office hours. Having regard to current public health advice, these documents are available to view by appointment. In this regard, please email forwardplanning@housing.gov.ie or call (01) 888 2189.
