Monaghan County Council cost rental allocation plan 2025

Monaghan County Council is using an Allocation Plan to let 16 Cost Rental homes at Park Street, Monaghan. This Allocation Plan is allowed under the Affordable Housing Act 2021. The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage approved the Allocation Plan on 19 December 2025.
