The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD today published the National Development Plan (NDP) Sectoral Plan for Housing. This Sectoral Plan forms a crucial part of the implementation of the new housing action plan, Delivering Homes, Building Communities 2025-2030, and reflects the largest ever capital investment in housing and critical infrastructure as part of the NDP.
