National Rent Price Register

The Government will publish a Rent Price Register, as promised in the Programme for Government and recommended by the Housing Commission.

What is it?

• A public register showing rent prices across Ireland.
• Helps tenants check typical rents in an area before signing a lease.
• Helps landlords set fair rents and stay compliant with rental laws.

This new register will make the rental market more transparent and easier for everyone to navigate.
