Social Housing Construction Projects Status Report Q1 2023
The Q1 2023 Construction Status Report shows that 8,005 social homes were on site at the end of Quarter 1 2023, with an additional 13,269 homes at design and tender stage. In Quarter 1 2023, 121 new construction schemes, (1,564 homes) were added to the pipeline. In total the Construction Status Report provides details on 32,330 new build social homes across 1,960 schemes.
