“The latest Construction Status Report shows that 11,557 social homes are currently onsite with an additional 15,127 homes at design and tender stage. In Quarter 2 2025, 141 new construction schemes (2,478 homes) were added to the pipeline. In total, the Q2 2025 Construction Status Report provides details on 48,969 new-build social homes across 2,845 schemes.”
