The latest Construction Status Report shows that 9,703 social homes were onsite at the end of Q4 2025, with an additional 13,246 homes at design and tender stage – a cumulative total of 22,949 social homes at the design and construction stages. In total, the Construction Status Report provides details on 51,638 new-build social homes across 3,151 schemes
