Principal Officer, CALF & Social Housing Coordination

Responsibility at Head of Business Unit for the policy and operations of the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF). CALF is the main funding source for the Approved Housing Body sector to enable it, in collaboration with the local authorities, to reach their new build social housing targets under ‘Delivering Homes, Building Communities 2025-2030’. The Unit also collaborates, on an ongoing basis, with other Units in the Department on various housing-related issues and working groups. This includes working with AHB Policy and Regulation Unit on the implementation of the Report of the AHB Strategic Forum.
