Principal Officer, Urban Regeneration and Development Fund Unit

Responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund including financial governance and project management of URDF fund and ongoing approval, monitoring and management of URDF projects; collaborating with Planning Policy and Legislation Section on vacancy and driving and co-ordinating actions at central and local government levels to support local authorities in identifying the level of vacant homes which are recoverable into usable housing stock.
