Senior Adviser, QS Services

This person is assigned responsibility at Senior Quantity Surveyor Advisor level to: provide advice on cost control and the obtaining of value for money with regard to the delivery of social housing across Departmental structures including local authorities, voluntary bodies and regeneration agencies, having particular regard to the Social Housing Strategy 2020; and to provide assistance to the Housing Divisions across Departmental structures in the implementation of the CWMF and government contracts including alternative dispute mechanisms.
