Register a Tenancy with the RTB

This service is for residential landlords. You can register your private tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB). This is required by the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. This facility also allows registered users to view their registered tenancies that have been created online, update particulars and submit queries online.
