Ciara O'Connell

Ciara is responsible for the area of Cyber Policy in the Subject Matter Resource and Applied Policy Team. The Cyber Policy team provides subject matter expertise to the Policy function and Department in the development of policy and discussion / resolution of specific policy matters. The team is also responsible for drafting, consultation and approvals management of EU/International and applied policies.
