Background
The Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (DPER) on behalf of the Irish Civil Service, is partnering with Career Returners on the Civil Service Assisted Return to Career (ARC) Programme.
The programme is a six-month returnship opportunity for individuals who have taken time out of work for at least two years to re-launch their careers, update their skills, and gain experience in a supportive environment.
The programme focuses on three key areas: Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and ICT, at the Higher Executive Officer grade.
