Making a protected disclosure to the Minister or Minister of State

Disclosures received by Ministers and Ministers of State are required to be forwarded to the Protected Disclosures Commissioner. The Department will endeavour to transmit the disclosure to the Protected Disclosures Commissioner within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Please submit the form by email to speakup@justice.ie or by post to: Minister for Justice, Protected Disclosure, 51 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin, D02 HK52.

The reporting person’s identity will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 as amended by the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022.
