Willing Able Mentoring Programme (WAM)

Background

The Department collaborates with The Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (DPER), AHEAD and Publicjobs, on the Willing Able Mentoring programme (WAM). This programme aims to promote access to the labour market for graduates with disabilities and to build the capacity of employers to integrate disability into the mainstream workplace. WAM Graduates undertake a 10-month work experience placement with a pathway to permanency.

How to apply (When)

Graduates with disabilities can sign up to the WAM works database to receive notification of and apply for roles with the WAM programme.
