European Arrest Warrant (Application to Third Countries and Amendment) and Extradition (Amendment) Act 2012

This Act came into effect when signed by the President on 24 July, 2012.

The Act enables the application of provisions of the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 to states other than EU Member States.

It also makes a number of mainly procedural or technical amendments to the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 and to the Extradition Acts 1965-2001.
