How will the Plan be delivered?

The Plan will be implemented across four key phases:
- Building Blocks
- Launching
- Scaling
- Consolidation
The two initial phases for Year 1 of implementation (2019) are the Building Blocks and Launching phases. These phases are both 6 months in duration and are necessarily short to ensure momentum and show progress at an early stage.
The Building Blocks phase (which runs from January to June 2019) sets the programme up for success. All high priority actions are commenced in this phase.
As a programme plan is developed in further detail, additional key milestones will be agreed and documented.
