- (including pension increase policy, fast accruals, transfer and purchase of service, cost neutral early retirement, professional added years, pension abatement, spouses & children schemes);

- Management of Commercial Semi State Pension Policy,
- Pension capability development,
- Civil Service family law cases,
- Severance cases,
- North South Pension Scheme advisory, and
- Pension Appeals.
