The role of Corporate Division is to enable and support the Department to meet its strategic goals and contribute to the Department’s effective performance of its functions. This Division is comprised of five main pillars – Corporate Governance, Finance, People and Strategy, Organisational Development and Culture, and Communications – as well as a number of other corporate functions. The role of the Division encompasses operating and continually enhancing the Department’s governance, risk management and compliance framework, providing a high quality of corporate support, providing HR and OD support to all Divisions, delivering strategic communications support across the Department and for our Ministers and implementing effective financial management arrangements within the Department.
