The February edition of the Better public services newsletter, with all the latest public service transformation news and information is out now and features;
An interview with Deputy Commissioner Shawna Coxon from An Garda Síochána where she shares her insights on AGS’ transformation journey in relation to digital innovation, use of emerging tech such as AI, and how advances in technology are shaping the future of crime prevention, community safety and security.
The Civil Service Traveller and Roma Work Placement Programme was developed in line with the National Traveller and Roma Community Inclusion Strategy II 2024 – 2028 and aims to promote greater participation and inclusion of individuals from these communities in the civil service.
An update on the ‘Serving Communities, Connecting People’ Relational Public Service event where attendees came from government departments, public service bodies, and the community and voluntary sector, all brought together by a shared commitment to exploring how relational practices might shape public services of the future.
