The Build Report 2025 provides an overview of construction sector performance and identifies implications for NDP delivery, presenting trends across areas including:

- Planning and delivery
- Costs
- Employment and Skills
- MMC Adoption
- Productivity
- Sustainability.
The 2025 reports builds on the structure of the previous iteration, while adding new features such as:
- A renewed focus on policy developments and implications, particularly implications for NDP delivery, and
- Construction sector employment scenarios.
Based on the analysis, construction sector capacity and productivity are identified as key challenges to NDP delivery.
