This workshop is open to anyone who wants the skills to strengthen their approach to problem solving. Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is a proven method for approaching a problem or a challenge in an imaginative and innovative way. CPS tools and techniques make approaching a problem fun, engaging and collaborative. Not only will you learn how to create better solutions, you will enjoy a positive experience that helps speed the adoption of new ideas.

This workshop explores how AI could support the public sector in delivering accessible services, and where it risks compromising accessibility.
This in-person workshop will be hosted by the Centre for Excellence in Universal Design at the National Disability Authority and will take place on. The event leads are Shivaali Scully, Senior Design Advisor – Products, Services & Systems, Donal Fitzpatrick, Senior Advisor for the European Accessibility Act, Aislinn Conway, Senior Standards & Monitoring Officer (Web Accessibility Directive) and other staff members of CEUD.
Who should attend? Policy makers - Persons with disabilities - Anyone with a responsibility or interest in AI, accessibility and the design of public services - Anyone working in the area of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
