Assistant Secretary of the Public Service Transformation Division

Responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for the Public Service Transformation Division comprising of 4 teams: the Public Service Transformation Policy Unit, the Transformation Delivery Unit, the Government Reform Unit and the Central Votes, DCCS, DRCDG Vote and Corporate Bodies Unit. This involves responsibility for developing, driving, co-ordinating, delivering, and evaluating the Government’s programme of Better Public Services: Public Service Transformation Framework and Civil Service Renewal; promoting and supporting open, accountable and transparent government and public administration and good governance through a set of government reform policies; and managing and overseeing expenditures for Central Votes, DCCS and DRCDG vote & Corporate Bodies Unit, including advice on sectoral policy issues and issues related to states properties and Houses of the Oireachtas Commission.
