Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Division

The Chief Operations Officer is the head of the Corporate Division, which has four main pillars - Corporate Governance, Finance, Strategic HR, and Organisational Development and Culture - as well as a number of other corporate functions.

Its role is to:

• Operate and continually enhance the Department’s governance, risk management and compliance framework;

• Provide a high quality of corporate support;

• Provide HR support to all Divisions;

• Implement effective financial management arrangements for the Department.
