The Assistant Secretary for the Expenditure Management, EU Policy and Audit Division has responsibility at Director level for the following Departmental Vote groups:
- Communications, Climate Action and Environment (Vote 29)
- Defence (Vote 36)
- Housing, Planning and Local Government (Vote 34)
- Education and Skills (Vote 26)
They are also in charge of:
- Cohesion Policy and EU Structural & Investment Funds
- Departmental co-ordination on EU, Brexit and North/South co-operation including North-South bodies
- the Climate Change Unit
