The Principal Officer has responsibility at Management Board level for the Strategic Human Resources Management function in the department.
The unit offer a range of HR services, as outlined on the Human Resources Strategy Unit page. It oversees operations across 3 distinct areas:
- HR Operations
- Organisational Development
- HR Business Partnering
