The aim of the CSP is to support legally incorporated community organisations and industrial and provident societies to provide local social, economic and environmental services through the application of a social enterprise model of delivery.

The purpose of this guidance note is to support SICAP Programme Implementers in selecting a social enterprise to complete a CSP Expression of Interest (EOI) form, and support the selected social enterprise in completing the EOI form.
