Anne Heraty founded Cpl Resources over 30 years ago and is now a Non-Executive Director. Under her leadership, Cpl has flourished with strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Most recently, Heraty won the Business & Finance “Business Person of the Year 2014,” and her company was ranked as “Best Place to Work 2020” in the large organisation category. She is a member of the Board of IBEC and Kingspan Group plc, and she is the Chair of judging panel for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme in Ireland.
