Brian Molloy

Brian joined the Department of Social Protection in 2019 and was appointed as principal officer with operational responsibility for Disability Allowance, Invalidity Pension, Partial Capacity Benefit and Disablement Benefit. He also held operational responsibility for the Redundancy and Insolvency schemes.

Prior to joining the department Brian had worked for over 30 years in the private sector across a wide variety of roles in the pensions, investment and financial advisory sectors, working with indigenous Irish and large multinational firms.
