Daragh O'Connor was appointed Chief Information Officer/Assistant Secretary General (Acting) in October 2022, with responsibility for the Department’s wide ranging and critically important Information and Communication Technology (ICT) portfolio.

Prior to this, Daragh had responsibility for Digital Platforms, and Activation & Supported Employments development within the ISD Division.

Daragh has over 26 years of experience working in various ICT roles in the Irish Civil Service.
