Sinead Mullins

Sinead Mullins is Senior Employer Relations Executive, Ibec. She is a graduate of the University of Limerick where she completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in Economics and Finance and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Sinead also holds a BA in Legal Studies and Diploma in Training from Dublin Institute of Technology

Sinéad has worked with Ibec for 13 years across a number of roles up to Acting Regional Director. During this time she has advised Ibec members on employment law, industrial relations, strategic HR and policy issues. She appears regularly before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court. She currently holds a project specialist role within Ibec.

She has represented Irish employers at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and on a number of Joint Labour Committees (JLC's).
