Public Service Card (PSC) appointments

Walk-in service only. No appointment required.

The time slots available will depend on the size of the queue and the maximum number of interviews that can be facilitated on a daily basis. There may be long waiting times.

When attending the centre, you must have the correct documents. Please read the information on the documents you need to bring with you.

Walk-in Opening Hours

• Monday - Wednesday: 9.15am - 12:00pm, 2pm - 4.30pm
• Thursday: 10.30am - 12:00pm, 2pm - 4.30pm
• Friday 9.15am – 12.00pm, 2pm - 4pm

Driving licence applications

Please note, it is not necessary to have a Public Service Card to apply for a driving licence. For driving licence applications, please visit the National Driver Licence Service website.

The areas that this office provides services for are: Ballymun, Northwood, Geraldstown Woods, Domvile Woods, Oldtown Wood, Shanard, Shanowen, Shanliss, Ballymun Road (198 upwards), Milners Square, Santry Cross, Swords Road (up to 219 and odd numbers from 221 to 213), Collins Ave from Grace Park Road, Grace Park Road (odd numbers 17 to 65), Drumcondra Dublin 9, Glasnevin Dublin 9, Ballymun Road (up to 193 and uneven numbers after that), Hampton Wood Dublin 11 and Mayeston Dublin 11.
