Public Service Card (PSC) appointments
The Carrigaline PSC service is operated out of the Ballea Road office on a walk-in basis on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays only. No appointment is necessary.
Time slot availability will depend on queue sizes and a maximum number of interviews which can be facilitated daily. Waiting times may vary.
When attending the centre, you must have the correct documents with you. Please read the information on which documents you need to bring.
Driving licence applications
Please note, it is not necessary to have a Public Service Card to apply for a driving licence. For driving licence applications, please visit the National Driver Licence Service website.

The areas that this office provides services for are: Carrigaline and hinterlands (Monkstown, Passage, Crosshaven, Fountainstown, Ringaskiddy, Ballinhassig and Ballygarvan).
