Verify your account to avail of the benefits of MyWelfare

You can access even more of MyWelfare by verifying your account.
Benefits of verifying your account:
- Access your personalised customer dashboard
- View and update your claim details
- Change your payment method
- Track the status of your claim
- View details of any payments you received in the last two years
- Access all online MyWelfare services
If you have already verified your mobile phone you can simply:
- Log in to your MyGovID
- Click the ‘Verify my account’ button
- Enter your Personal Public Service (PPS) Number and details from your Public Services Card
- A text will issue to your phone number containing a single use security pin each time you log in to provide an extra layer of security to your account.

Once you have a verified mobile phone and have upgraded your account to a verified account you can access the full range of online welfare services, including making applications for income support payments on www.MyWelfare.ie
