Brian Batt is the Principal Officer with responsibility for the Aarhus, Climate Adaptation, Citizen Engagement and Local Government Division. Brian has specific responsibility for the Aarhus Convention, the National Adaptation Framework, the Climate Action Regional Offices (CAROs) and the National Dialogue on Climate Action.
