Tim Forde

Tim Forde is Chief Technology Officer for Communications with responsibility for leading the Strategy Development and Business Management Division. The division is responsible for:

• Market surveillance of fixed and mobile network rollouts and development of policies to address identified issues
• Development and oversight of strategies to deliver the department’s Digital Connectivity targets, including international subsea telecoms cable developments
• Engaging proactively with EU and international radio spectrum policy development forums
