The submitted licence application is in respect of site surveys at the Foreshore Licence Area as part of an ongoing survey schedule for Arklow Bank Wind Park to maintain up to date baseline information for the site.

A site area named "Arklow Bank Wind Park", situated off the coast of Wicklow.

Under Regulation 42 of the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011
