Prepaid Posting under Special Licence (also known as Ceadúnas) allows customers who post large volumes of mail to have an approved Ceadúnas logo printed on their envelopes.
The logo proves postage has been paid and removes the need to stamp or frank individual items.
Applications should be submitted to An Post.
