On 13 November 2015 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s First Interim Report to the Taoiseach. On 19 November 2015 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the First Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 15 April 2016 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Second Interim Report to the Taoiseach. On 26 April 2016 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Second Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 27 June 2016 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Third Interim Report to the Taoiseach. On 01 July 2016 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Third Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004./$

On 8 December 2017 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Fourth Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This was the first interim report which the Commission prepared pursuant to section 34 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004 as substituted by section 8 of the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016. On 19 December 2017 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Fourth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

Following a formal request from the IBRC Commission of Investigation under section 6 (6) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

The Taoiseach has extended the timeframe for the Commission to report on the first module of its investigation into the Siteserv transaction until 31 December 2018.

Under its terms of reference the Commission had been due to report on the first module of its investigation by the end of 2017, subject to section 6 (6) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004, which provides for an extension of the timeframe for reporting at the Commission's request.

Following consultation with the Commission, the Taoiseach has also decided to publish the Commission’s Fourth Interim Report in which it requested the extension of its timeframe for reporting.

Submission of such an Interim Report is a requirement under Section 33 (3) of the Act when an extension of a timeframe for reporting is requested by a Commission.

The Interim Report outlines the work undertaken by the Commission since the completion of its Third Interim Report on 27 June 2016 to date.

The Taoiseach is today publishing the Fifth Interim Report of the IBRC Commission of Investigation and he is consulting the opposition parties on his response to the Report.

On 27 March 2019 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Sixth Interim Report to the Taoiseach.

This was the Sixth interim report which the Commission prepared pursuant to section 34 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004 as substituted by section 8 of the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016.

On 10 June 2019 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Sixth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 28 February 2020 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Seventh Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004. On 29 September 2020 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Seventh Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 18 September 2020 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Eighth Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004. On 29 September 2020 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Eighth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 08 April 2021 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Ninth Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004. On 23 April 2021 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Ninth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 6 October 2021 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Tenth Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004. On 21 October 2021 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Tenth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.

On 11 March 2022 the Sole Member submitted the Commission’s Tenth Interim Report to the Taoiseach. This report was prepared by the Commission pursuant to section 33 (3) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004. On 1 April 2022 the Taoiseach, as specified Minister, following consultation with the Sole Member, published the Tenth Interim Report of the Commission pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.
