Overview

The social media accounts managed by the Department of the Taoiseach provide news, updates and information to the public on the work of the Government of Ireland.

The social media accounts are managed by staff who are part of the Government Information Service (GIS) in the Department of the Taoiseach.

Individual departments also manage social media accounts; details are available here: https://www.gov.ie/en/departments/.
