National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) Commission of Investigation - Publication of Final Report

The NAMA Commission of Investigation was established in June 2017, following consultation with Oireachtas parties and resolutions made by the Dail and Seanad, to investigate the sale by NAMA of its Northern Ireland portfolio, known as Project Eagle.

The Commission’s substantive report on the Project Eagle transaction was published in February 2025.

On 30 April 2025 the Commission submitted its final report, which deals with the costs payable to witnesses who appeared before it.
