Ethna Brogan was assigned responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for Aviation and Emergency Planning in September 2022. She previously served in the Public Transport and Corporate Divisions of the Department as well as serving at Principal Officer level in aviation between 2006 and 2015. She also previously served in the former Department of Public Enterprise and Department of Foreign Affairs earlier in her career.
